How To Vote
Voting Rules: The following voting rules have been designed to promote transparency and
ensure fairness.
1. All votes must be submitted on the official Warranty Award Voting Form (go to “Vote
Now” tab on site)
2. Each vote must include the submitter’s name, title, company, and work email address
(submissions without complete information will not be accepted)
3. Each vote must contain a minimum 40-word description on why the company or
individual is being nominated
4. If multiple individuals from one company submit votes, (or if one individual submits
multiple votes) per category, they will count as one vote. Please note that one individual
can submit a vote for each category. What is not permitted is for an individual to submit
more than one vote for a single category)
5. Submissions with personal email addresses will be disqualified

Q. How do I know which category to nominate a company?
A. The Voting Form has an area for you to state your reasons for nominating a company.
The Steering Committee will ensure your nomination is placed in the right category.
Q. Who decides who wins?
A. The Steering Committee will tally all submitted votes and determine the winner
